Caution...this could be considered cheerleading! Steve, One doesn't have to be a rocket scientist in this market's decline. Simply, the advance-decline ratio has been alarming for approximately a month in the Dow, s&p 500, nasdaq and on and on. The media also won't let us forget this. We all have experienced the effects of the Not so Stealth correction. I think that most nasdaq stocks have declined 20% or more( I do know mine have and this is a fact) and if Microsoft and a few other large companies weren't doing half way decent the nasdaq would be considered or classified as a crash. We have been through this before. MRVC has dropped from 20 something to 12 in a day or so before only to move back up to the twenties and even thirties. I am way over loaded in this stock and am hurting for cash but I've seen this company with my own eyes.Toured the place, talked to employees and have watched this company grow impressively. If those that seem concerned about MRVC "burning cash" would visit this company they would be reassured about this issue. Some here do not have a clue about management of this company. They are extremely frugal, to a fault, that they still have the original sign made of wood 10 years ago. IMO by what I have observed, this management refuses to spend a dime on ANYTHING they think does not, in their judgment, directly contributes to production, technology or sales. The only issue that I am really sensitive to is management's lip service to address "shareholder's support". I know they are shareholders too and again they have stated they are addressing this but I still haven't seen any indication of improved "NAME RECOGNITION". All this doesn't mean a thing in a market we have to deal with today. I respect those that can fully understand a financial statement. I don't respect those that state absolutely false statements without factually backing them up unless it is indicated as a personal opinion. This sometime boarders on criminal activity. In this case, it may not be criminal because MRVC did acquire Xyplex and did layoff sales people they determined superfluous. Semantics at best here. This type of restructuring goes on every day. Until someone can show me that significant things have changed negatively with MRVC, I will hold and buy more of this stock. Everything I've read and heard from credible sources that this sector's business will grow exponentially within 18 months or less. MRVC doesn't have to be a CISCO to capture significant market share of this business to improve the value of this company exponentially. Nervous John
