Ah the Russian wave man! He was an agricultural minister under Stalin, is that right? And quite a bright one, if my potted historical knowledge is correct. Bill Fleckenstein says a rally is around the corner. Read him at www.stocksite.com His thinking is, in my opinion, clear and far-sighted. But he is a bear. But, again, rally is near. What do we do? Sell and short.
