Well, it has become apparent to me that AGTI is involved in some type of resolution to their financially troubled operation. However, no one at the company is prepared to discuss the situation as we speak; therefore, I can only conclude that negotiations are ongoing and must be treated with a great deal of compliance to existing regulations. That way no one has "insider" information which could possibly violate SEC regulations and/or jeopardize the final outcome. On the other hand, we do know if these negotiations will be successful which would then lead the company down the road of possible Chapter 11 proceedings. I am hoping that AGT will be able to be acquired by a larger and more profitable company which would allow those of us that are long this stock to recover more of our investment. Should bankruptcy be pursued, then we will definitely be LONG this stock for many many months to come. Please remember that this represents my opinion based on what little information I have been able to gather. AND, it has been difficult to CONFIRM what we all believe is happening. I wish I had more concrete information to add, but that is not the case. I will wait for some tangible news and in the meantime, I have one more contact living in Las Vegas who has promised to let me know of any breaking news the instant they learn of it. Regards, Chief
