MAVK I don't like. I haven't liked the pipe guys since my cousin - in - law told me they were getting hammered by imports last Christmas. I think the entry for competition to vrc is tough, but then, they are in the osx so they get hammered...even rig got smashed.

My theory on the drillers. (Thean, feel free to correct me) This is the bottom area for the drillers.It is tempting to buy in at these levels and long tern (> 1 year) most would be happy to have bought here. But, it is likely that these stocks are vulnerable to some spike selling and it might happen, except its not automatic. If the market sells lower as I am planning (1500 more dow points) depending the circumstances, many of these stocks (drillers) might spike down 30-40 %. (Might not either) and offer an extraordinary opportunity. HH
