the stock market is still strong. only one of three three signs of a bear market are present (lower earnings) and that is mostly behind us. stocks have already dropped significantly due to a decrease in earnings. individuals must now rethink their strategy, and in many instances get out of the overvalued internet stocks and reinvest into blue chip stocks. come on! most of these internet stocks aren't scheduled to make money until the year 2000. good stocks will rise as they should. hold dell until you need the money! there is no need to pay taxes or commissions on it. good luck all!
