I can understand why people would sell their stock. When the company continuously tells the stock holders that the creditors will be voting whether or not to accept the plan, the individual stockholder will feel that the issue is over. Not once did CAWS management mention anything about stockholder's rights, valuations, and or how all this affects the procedures required by the Federal Bankruptcy Court or the SEC.

They were misled. Everything should have been brought out. Now it is a rigged election if it ever comes to that.
