I have what I think might be a good acquisition, merger, or joint venture for Kwanasia.

Micro Industries
Westerville, Ohio

The are circuit board and system design engineers doing work for GM, Kodak, Unisys, and others. They were heavily involved in the design of Apple's Macintosh. In 1995 they reluctantly began doing assembly of the boards. Revs in 1997 of $30M. 100 employees, mostly talented engineers. Margins as high as 50%. They don't seem to have ties with any ECM as they mainly design for OEMs.

Advantages - US based, Micro could concentrate on what they do well (design), their customer list, they are small enough that it would work well with Kwanasia's current operation.

Just a thought,
Ron
