For me, its the questions raised by the debt offering. I sold a large chunk of my holdings the day after this was announced because, on all prior bad news, day 1 was always the beginning of the fall. Of course i got the low of the day and of course it bounced this time and I was cussing myself.

Todays dip helped restore me back to 50% of my prior position.

But I will be slow to restore my full position until I know more about what they will do with the 60 million. I am not necessarily opposed to the debt offering, however, i do think it took what should have been a nice easy cruise into the mid-40s into a wild roller coaster ride.
