don't know if you also heard that government is making it easier for small investors to buy bills etc..no more 10,000 denominations...1,000 demoninations..more bids? also government will make it easier for small investors to sell directly back to government.. anyways..that is what I meant by government manipulating yields some posts back would appreciate your response to armstrong's comments.. pei-intl.com I thought Russia's dumping their hard assets on the market a major reason for the start of the slide in commodity prices back when.. and Germany's not devaluating the east german mark back when and keeping interest rates high which helped create the recession back when in Europe..
