Bud, this bit?

Tired of waiting

For instance, Benjamin said it's crucial that the cable and telephone companies work more quickly to bring high-speed Internet access into people's homes. If broadband isn't widely available within 12 months, investors "should short every last one" of the Internet stocks, he said.

Not that Benjamin has much faith that the cable and phone companies will spend the necessary money upgrading their infrastructure. "I don't trust the cable companies or phone companies [to] do anything but procrastinate, delay and muck it up," Benjamin said.

In addition, Benjamin said Internet stocks could continue to come under some near-term pressure. They've fallen about 15 percent from highs reached just before the second-quarter earnings season, and Benjamin said they could fall another 5 percent to 15 percent this month.
I feel the same way he does, Malone has delayed procastinated, bulled his way for over a decade and done nothing.
Well LMDS is also coming and soon, but mainly to small businesses. ADSL is dead,HFC and VDSL will take time, and time is fleeting.
The Telecom Act did nothing but delay build-outs,and create more lawsuits, I agree with him.
