The other day, when we were discussing the bankruptcy laws, I went over to the directed site and read about the prepackaged Chapter 11 and how the stockholders had the right to vote on it. I saw that we indeed had that right. I then called the CAWS PR people in NYC. When I questioned them about our right to vote, the response was " that provision of the law did not apply in cases where the debts of the company were greater than the assets". They said that was the reason that the stockholders would not get to vote on it.

The whole situation is just unbelievable. If we could make a good presentation to the court, we would have a great chance to succeed in this matter.
