Linda, Just for the record..... "Sincerely, John M. Wiet Registered Representative" It's "Wiet" not Wyatt...The above is from an EMail I received from him. I am still waiting after a month for him to answer my EMail concerning my question as to WHICH Penny Stocks are sold in fractions and which are sold in decimals! Also, I believe that Sheri is spelled with an "i" but don't remember whether it's one or two "r's". As I said, just for the record....Hope you receive what you were promised. Good Luck Bill

Hi, again, Linda-- Ain't progress great? The elusive Sherry(i) Smith must really exist, and the "records that don't go past 45 days" also exist, but some poor slob would actually have to get off their dead tail and walk to the microfische to get it. And they probably don't even get a bonus from the $50 they charge to fire up the fische. I'm overwhelmed with pity for those poor hard working Web-ers. Seems to me your next problem will be if they simply SAY that your $100 rebate conversation never took place. What can you do about it? If you could ever get to an arbitration appeal, where the rule of law takes over, you could subpoena the tape -- if they keep audio records for 18 months or more. Otherwise, I think you would be S.O.L. And who says the Clinton Administration has done nothing for this country? Look at all they have taught us! Lie, cheat, illegal funds, and delay. Maybe you can hire K.Starr as a consultant for a solution to cut through the morass.<G> I have to hand it to you Linda. You are doing a fantastic job of staying professional, not giving up, and maintaining excellent documentation of your tribulations. I would have gotten so frustrated that I would have cashed out and bailed long ago. You are doing a service to a lot of people. Good trading, jim
