LBOR, a cursory look shows a lot of press releases with things like 4-week revenues, and a corporate profile, which seem like pure hype to me. OTOH, Van Kasper gives a positive report and a strong buy, and Zacks rates this a 1.5 with 7 analysts following.

Is there some rumored accounting problem or other deficiency in reporting that causes you to think this is a good short?
