The talking heads on Nightline..more of the same tripe. Stocks for the long run, only a correction, little guy saves day....etc. Mary F. and Makempoorer. I wonder if they were saying that in Japan in 90.

To answer the question of who is selling...I thing it is foreign investors. Why would they hang here if our market is looking sickly, Clinton is worrying them, and there are government programs being initiated in their own countries to turn them around?

The 89 Day MA on SPX is actually falling now. It didn't do that in Oct 97.
