dwight, yes, replies to e-mails are in the form of a .wav file. it's like extending my octel system to anyone who is on the internet. other cool stuff: * shared calendars with other portico subs * enhancement on the way where you can send mass faxes, e-mail msgs (presumably .wav's for now), or conference calling to groups of contacts that consist of one or more individuals in your address book. * support of a dozen+ file formats, where you can have portico fax an image of a file attachment on an inbound e-mail to your fax machine, or a contact's fax machine.
