144 filings are easily obtained from EDGAR but form 4 or actual trades don't seem to be.I get this information from edgar on line subscription. Does anyone know how to get the trade information free from EDGAR with names and dates same as available from the subscription service. Also I find it interesting how members on these various threads after going thru a reverse split and big loss on the original stock price, continue to support the management that screwed them.
