Bollinger Bands for AAPL

I'm not a techie, but I did notice that the Bollinger Bands on AAPL on a short-term chart (1-5 days) narrowed significantly the last few hours of today's trading. The way I understand it, is that the Bands narrow when volatility decreases, which in turn usually portends a major move in the stock.

Am I right, and do you expect that a major stock move might be on the verge of happening?

Curious,

Andrew
