Gk Intelligent chairman, CFO to exit
HOUSTON, Aug 13 (Reuters) - Software company GK Intelligent Systems Inc. on Thursday said Chairman Rod Canion has given notice of his resignation, effective in about one month.
Chief Financial Officer Tim Harris, who like Canion, worked previously at Compaq Computer Corp. (CPQ - news), is also leaving the company, GK said.

Also leaving the company are board member John Gribi, Chief Information Officer Doyle Baker and Corporate Counsel David Cabello, GK said.

''We are fortunate to have been associated during the past few months with Rod Canion and his team, and we will continue to benefit from their contributions,'' said Gary Kimmons, President and chief executive of GK.
