Look, I have no interest in a long protracted debate. Yes I too believe in freedom of speech. I just feel that it is such a given that to debate its merits wastes valuable time. If John is really being sued (which we have yet to prove), then I'm sure with all the jurisprudence around, he should be on fairly stable ground. As far as mis-management goes, unless you bought the stock under a different management team, or they have profoundly changed their management style, IT IS STILL OUR FAULT. Should have done better DD into this one. We could go back and forth all day on this one, but I will not have anything else to say on the issue. I don't need to get the last word in, so if you have something else succinct to say, post it and lets let the issue drop. Good Luck DL
