If he is held to the standard of the common people, then there is a presumption of abuse. Check the court records on this, its happened time and again. Management and power positioned people have to walk on eggs to avoid this trap and are counselled to do so by corporate HR folks continuously. In fact the President's actions has done real harm to the "equal rights expectations" of American women. NOW must be sizzling on the inside.
