A friend of a friend of a friend of a friend who works in a search engine company reports that AOL has SEC accounting problems unrelated to their Mirabilis Acqusition and that is the cause of their bad performance today. Apparently CNN Fn will break this news report soon.
Any one else know anything about this rumor ?

Actually - here it is
America Online Inc. (AOL) was one of the day's only
notable losers, shedding 2 to close at 105-3/8. The stock
tumbled for the second day on concerns over a continuing
investigation by the U.S. Securities & Exchange
Commission into the company's accounting practices.
