Well, well...the bankruptcy notice has certainly gotten everyones attention!
So how many of you sent your form in...oh yes, I forgot...you are shareholders and not creditors. So it's the same non event that it's been for the past two months.
And Davidson has hired new legal help because he now finds himself in Bankruptcy court...not civil court, and that takes a different type of expertise. Interestingly, most bankruptcy attys don't take cases on contingincy as his previous atty is reported to have done. She's still waiting on her money.
Don't forget the previous posts that explained the ability of federal bankruptcy judges to "fix" what they deem to be incorrect judgements and awards. I won't go into it again, but this appears to continue to be a viable strategy.
And one final point, YES, they are answering the phone, receiving supplies, delevering product and continuing with R&D. Enjoyed reading the posts over the past few days. I'd suggest you get out your plunger before the end of August and retrieve your shares boys, you might have something there after all!
