I'm sure everyone's noticed, but the signs of a bottom are here. The Russell 2000 is down 13 out of the last 14 days, off 19% from its high of 491.41.

From today's WSJ: "There is complete capitulation in the small cap sector, which simply has to run its course because this is a total give up." Greg Kuhn, Kuhn Asset Management (who called the plunge several weeks ago.) He now says once 370 is reached, small stocks may be in for an extended period of outperformance, following three years of relative performance. "The mood toward small caps is horrible, but the valuations created by this capitulation stage are very compelling."

We all know what "complete capitulation" means.
