Savant,

Not real sure just that it involves a liquidating trust which is usually tied on to a bankruptcy. This could be past history on this company? I saw it and made it a point to see if there was a thread for the company and posted it for the purpose of educating anyone who may own shares in this company.

There is so much garbage going on here on the SI threads that I thought it might be valuable information to someone that might not run into it. Most folks do not even know about a liquidating trust or the purpose they serve.

My intentions were honorable; I assure you. Do what you will with the information. Like I said It may well be OLD history and not be relevant at this time.

I learned about a liquidating trust the HARD way, via the Midland, Inc. company (MIDL). Anytime we can share information I feel it is a good thing.

Have a great day,

Dusty
