What Fraud ? or That Judgement was a Fraud ??? Asensio is untrustworthy and unreliable. This is true. The Judgment proves that Asensio is a snake who preys upon the innocent. It proves it, beyond a shadow of a doubt. Let me guess Bidder, the judgement was a fraud, the dissenting judge was a fraud as well, the Supreme Court of Venezuela, they are frauds as well. Crystallex lost a court case. It was a split decision. Why don't you want people to listen to me Michael Bidder. Do you have a problem acknowledging that Asensio is untrustworthy in financial affairs. ??? Here is what Michael Bidder doesn't like me saying, I will say it often. Manuel Asensio is unreliable, unscrupulous and untrustworthy. His past, as evidenced by court documents on the web, indicate that he cannot be trusted with money. He reneges on financial transactions and must be taken to court. He was ordered to pay one quarter million dollars damages.
