Sam, I think this is a very significant event that will improve the revenue. There are some customers who cannot get what they order in time or their favorable styles, then those orders are gone. I estimate there are about 20%-25% of total orders that belong to this group, discouraging people in the queue. In queuing theory, we call them discouraging queue. Therefore, in order to maximize the sales amount, Apple starts to focus on those discouraging people who need the products but could not get what they want in time. Efficiency will always be the best weapon to the comapny. Dell is one of the good examples in pc group. Phil
