Henry: It seems the company felt compelled to make a release stating the events at other labs that resulted in the current Ledoux review process. I do not see why the company would not release the report information with regard to Russell that is "encouraging" and yet "inconclusive". If it is an official report it is material and we have a right to evaluate its level of "encouragement". What was done by Russell and with what results? Brad Mertz
