Ratan:

During my younger days, I noted that many schools and the university in Kashmir were manned by Indian teachers and professors. Many of the Kashmiri students were educated in Indian Universities. I don't know what the situation is at present. I want to quickly point out that there are many Kashmiris - not only Pundits, but Muslims too - feel that their future lies with secular India.
