I just took a look at the Terms of Use (for the first time... I'm ashamed to say :)... and was surprised to see listed as a violation of terms the following:

* Posting improper or off-topic messages or posting more than twenty messages in six hours.

I'm sure that this is a common violation that is not well enforced.
