Ian, enjoyed this last post.

I am a major ISLI shareholder and follow ISLI quite closely.

The ISLI action lately is quite bewildering since ISLI made major POSITIVE changes some 18 months ago and is doing extremely well with their growth/profits/business direction .. and I see No reason for this not to continue.

Back to my bewilderment/observations/thoughts:

1) Seems like some "group" is playing with ISLI/MIFGY stock prices. I have observed the selling of x shares of ISLI followed almost immediately by the buying of x/2 shares of MIFGY, as well, I have seen the selling of x shares of MIFGY and the immediate buying of 2x shares of ISLI. As well too, I have seen small (100 shares) trades at much reduced prices ... sort of like someone is trying to manipulate.

2) There seems to be a 25+% abrbiter premium for ISLI shareholders. This is a very large spread !! Reasons could be (a) The arbiteurs don't believe the deal will happen, or (b) The deal will be reconstructed, or (c) someone is setting themselves up for a BIG killing, or (c) MIFGY coming earnings report will not be good and people see the MIFGY price decreasing and are abandoning the ISLI ship before it occurs (again, I believe ISLI earnings will be wonderful at worst), or (d) As I have been educated by my broker, "that today's nervous market combined with the sporadic past (meaning 18+ months ago NOT now) of ISLI is the cause <??>.

Ian, since you seem to be into MIFGY I thought maybe you had some thoughts on this matter too !!! If anyone other than Ian reads this, your thoughts are welcome !!

Sorry or this run-on post.

Michael

Ian, thank you very much for the update. It was an informative post
and encouraging. I think the next few weeks will tell a good story
about this combination.
