There is but so far all the news bodes well for the future, a bit far a way. We need some news that states income coming in now! I think we will get this anyday now. Then watch out!

IMO There is sufficient info to have a basis based on value of around 5 cents - (I'm reluctant to calculate with higher PE than 5).
Then it will take trading of 10-20MM for a couple of days (of course mainly buying and no block sales hanging around) to take it to 10-12 cent - temporary.
As we haven't seen all news yet the above may be an understatement.
