Chris, do you have a theory as to DELL's poor performance thus far? INTC is shooting up like a rocket as are a few other techs but DELL and MSFT are lagging and are actually lower. Seems odd to me. With the NASDAQ up and INTC taking the lead, I would expect DELL to be testing the 106 area at least instead of the 104-105 middle of the channel lane I show it in.
