<<Additional backup is handled by GTE's gold program.>>
Well, here's my 2 cents. I don't have personal experience of GTE's maintenance program. However, I have experience of Sun Microsystems. I guess that GTE is similar. They have different levels of maintenance. Gold, silver and bronze. Gold is the highest level and the most expensive. It should mean 7 X 24 coverage with a maximum time of probably 4 hours to have a system engineer on site to handle any system problem.
It shouldn't be too hard to find exact details on GTE's web page. I'll see if I can find one.

I don't know what that means, just relaying info to whoever asked the question.>>
I went and checked GTE's home page, but couldn't find anything. Maybe someone else could try.
