Ericsson strategy is clear. Maybe these folks were born at night but not last night! Why indeed would they proceed against such air tight legal odds? They are going ahead to fight the legal battle. The Q might be right but can't afford the legal battle Ericsson can mount. It might depend on whose courtroom the battle takes place. We could get an injunction? Who will enforce it? If Ericsson loses this one they will be substantially wounded both economically and prestige wise. We might be right and get bullied into submission. I hope I'm not right but this is hardball in the big league.
