I too have been wondering how SOLV could settle "$ for $" with their creditors as stated so proudly by someone on this board (Mark or somebody?).

I thought the law required your debts to exceed your assets before you could even enter into a Chapter 11 proceeding. The implication that
ALL creditors were made whole, also implies that SOLV's assets exceeded their debt. If that's the case, how did they file bankruptcy? How did they end up with cash?????
