Greg,
I called Christine Noel today. She reiterated that there is no reason that the company knows of for the recent drop in price. Specifically, she does not believe that there has been any significant insider selling (although obviously I doubt she could tell me if there were before the SEC filing was available), that there have been no analyst downgrades, and that their guidance to analysts had not changed. She also said that as far as she knows there has not been any selling from anyone that might have received shares as part of the Bagwell acquisition. She did say that some investors might have been a bit nervous because they were a little late in their meeting to give analysts guidance but that meeting had already taken place, that there were no great changes in their guidance and that the delay could not explain yesterdays decline.

At any rate, I have not sold either as it seems that the continued mechanism for growth is in place. That said, it is a bit frustrating that the stock price is actually less than th 18 or so that I paid for it about 2 years ago or so despite the company apparently being in better shape. Lets hope that the small caps catch on fire some time soon.

By the way, todays little rebound at least looks encouraging so far.

Always appreciate your comments.

Howard
