Just check out the performance of US funds over the past 20 years compared to Can funds. And listen dude....I'm not your bud.....If I wanted to take the time,I could post all sorts of targets by the types you mentioned, and demonstrate their inconsistency....Targets are designed to get you to buy the issues they are supporting, and nothing else. Try asking NB if you can buy Bisset funds, or Phiilips Hager and North. What firms like Scotia and NB do is tell their brokers to pump their clients on the issues they want you to buy.
