jg, You are correct. We get almost nothing. It is my understanding that we will get some warrants to buy Toy Biz stock. If we really get the 4 year warrants, we have up to 4 years to exercise them at $18.50.
So, if the stock is selling for $100 a share we can buy in at $18.50.
100 million shares out, 5 million warrants, a 1 for 20 reverse split for the warrants. I own 1,000 shares so I will have the option to buy
50 shares of Toy Biz for $18.50 for 4 years. This is what I understand from the PR. I could be wrong. We also get 2-6 months warrants.

six-month warrants to purchase 4 million TBZ common shares at $12 each (subject to increase based on the issue date of the warrants);

six-month warrants to purchase 3 million shares of the 8% Cum.
Conv. Exch. Pfd. Stock at price of $10.65 each (subject to increase
based on the issue date of the warrants);

four-year warrants to purchase 5 million TBZ common shares at
$18.50 each; and an interest in the litigation trust.
