How does BCF, Sound? The Pristine Day Trader has this as a buy at 24 3/4 and sell at 25 5/8.. What do you think, good day trade or not?

Ivan,

SOFT: Not a stairstep. The formation has to be strictly conformed to and SOFT does not do so. If it was a stairstep, a drop or any other break of the formation would possibly be a transition which would then be monitored for formation of one of the more traditional chart patterns. If one of them is formed, a breakout from there would be the buy signal.
Check the manual for the examples of the stairstep.

Incidentally, MOFN is a post-transition stairstep awaiting a breakout of an IHS. It's currently 9 on the low of the right shoulder with the neck line currently just over 11.
It's the first one I've seen since VII.

Did you look at the monthly chart for FAIR?
It's not a you-know-anything awaiting to do anything in relation to any of my anything.
