Good response. It's about time we see some good buying. This stock is so undervalued. Also if IBM's new glass chip process can be bought by anyone through IBIS who license and sells the equipment. Maybe IBIS is the stock to buy. Have been looking at it since it was 8 3/4. Nobody seems to be rushing in as yet.

re: <<IBM is taking market share from VLSI and LSI. >>

I don't suppose you can give us some specific examples, w/urls?

I think IBM's use of fear in its marketing has worked on you.

Kevin, I do not have and have never had a position in VLSI stock.

I suggested selling VLSI at $20 a few months ago with a target
price of $13-14. I stated in that post that IBM was taking market
share from VLSI. In most cases a semi stock will not announce a
design win from from CISCO, LU etc.. because non disclosure agreements
are signed to keep their designs proprietary. There are exceptions to
this practice. This info in most cases will not be released. I work
in this industry and only wanted to share an opinion.

I have no reason to fear IBM semi marketing because I
do not own stock in companies like VLSI and LSI.

Ricky
