MB, insurance companies are going to pay out the yinyang until the year 2000 getting their legacy systems compliant anyways, so either way its going to be a hit. I'm sure the public companies will amortize it over 100 years, though.

well shazam, I was 'bout ready to make that point, but you beat me to it. I dun seen an article yesterday in the Dallas Morning News indicating that insurance companies will not be able to avoid client's claims resulting from Y2K problemz..
