>Therefore for every sell there is a buy ?<

Hi Vince,

You got it! There is a buyer for every sell. However a transaction is called either a "Sell" or a "Buy". It is a sell if it is done under buyer's terms (that is if the seller agreed with buyer's bid). It is a buy if it is done under seller's terms (that is if the buyer pays the seller's ask price). That pretty much determines which way the price is heading. Say sells come one after another until there are no more buyers at a certain bid (no more buyers at that price) then bid must be lowered to the next level where new buyers are willing to pay. Same logic apples when the price is going up.

Hope it was helpful.

I'm not sure. I did read that the MM'S can produce shares out of air. The MM'S buy and sell to each other and to you and I.I don't know to much about this tho. I don't think too many people do. IMHO
Anyone have a better thought on this?

LONG LIVE PNLK

Vincent, yes, if someone sold and the price hasn't changed much well
than, there was a buyer for this block.

An important point a lot of us have to remember, PNLK / ZZ said they
will have NO problems in achieving the number of subscribers for the
first year !!!

This is a huge vote of confidence in the product, this equals $ 0.42
per share for the first year, better than ANY other internet company
and this is derived from subscriptions alone, not counting any additional income.

Regards
