No of course not. But that's just silly. I'd argue for starters that there is no reason why the P/E should have risen so steeply over the last year. The highest reasonable price I'd be giving DELL wouldn't be a PE of more than say 40. My valuation model shows a much lower P/E but then I have very conservative assumptions and wouldn't necessarily expect it to go anywhere near that price ($35) anytime soon.
