Thanks for highlighting some of the stocks such as AVNT, ERGB, and SOLV. You may find this interesting... ERGB former CTO... Bad deals hurt too many people. gdrobson Aug 4 1998 11:27AM EDT >What are the results to the fraud audit? They haven't been announced, despite the fact that I believe the fraud audit was completed quite some time ago. >Why hasn't the company published any press releases? Who's left to write a press release? They have no president, no CEO, no CFO, no VP of Marketing... Basically, all that's left are BodyBilt and Cheetah. It sure does seem like they're past the allowed timeline for announcing a few things. >Did the owners of Cheetah get paid, or were they also ripped off? We never got the initial payment. We never got the final payment. The Cheetah employees never got their stock options converted to ERGB options. The Cheetah executives never got their ERGB stock options issued at all. ERGB refused to take over the Cheetah 401(k) plan. Top Cheetah people were terminated in direct violation of employment contracts. If you ever have an opportunity to do a business deal with Gerald McMillan, I have a word of advice: DON'T! >Why hasn't a new president been anounced? Because there isn't a new president. Would YOU want the job, with Gerald McMillan still controlling the Board? >Who is running the company? Good question! Drew Congleton seems to be running the BodyBilt subsidiary. The Cheetah subsidiary is being run by a pair of managers in Tucson. I don't know if there's anything left of the Fon'iks subsidiary. ErgoBilt itself seems to consist of a small band of accounting people now. Gary Robson ex-Chairman of Cheetah ex-CTO of ErgoBilt ERGB: Quote | Profile | Research This Is a Reply to: Msg 325 by
