I've spent some time over the past few days talking to the new management and checking into the technology. The new management is well focused on generating revenue and eventually profit. I haven't dug into the technology (what they licensed from Callisto) enough to issue a verdict ... but that will come soon.

The past management was basically Gordon Lee. He is now totally out of the company - which is a good thing. Having worked for Gordon as COO of the Texas subsidiary, I wouldn't go near the company until he was out; totally out. Gordon was the guy pulling a HUGE salary (called "management fees" on the quarterly statements) without a clue of how to build value for the shareholders.

There is potential here. I'm going to continue my technical investigation of the technology in an attempt to find out how much potential there really is.

In my view, success of this company will hinge on their ability to generate revenue, and eventually, profit.

Just so everyone knows, I'm considering the possibility of helping the company build a business around the technology -- if there's really something special there.

I guess the best way would be for you to go through the posts from the beginning of the thread.

Regards,

John

The new management has been involved with the company in the past. Edwin Molina for example, his hands have been tied up till the last shareholders meeting. But I think he's genuinely interested in building a company vs. promoting a stock like Gordon Lee & company. As for the others - I've only briefly spoken to them and they all seem to be focused in the right direction. These guys do have quite a following in the U.S as you mentioned.
