The restricted shares of stock were locked up for a year by the owners. According to the news releases none of these will be able to be traded for quite some time. Check the news releases for PNLK. This will give you the exact dates and restriction.

One trade was for 360k shares. I have not found out if it was a buy or sale as I do not have level 2. When I first bought into PNLK it was in late April and the volume had been riding at about 100k or less and then bang all H--- broke loose and the ride to $8 began. That move was due to momentum and was IMHO premature but definitely exciting. This move may be even more exciting if it is backed up by the company with a fully functioning site. I expect that the stock price will be able to sustain a level much easier with news from the company that they are signing customers and have positive cash flow.

With the possibility of the street turning bearish the small and micro-cap sector could begin to move upward. This may be a very good time to look at acquiring more shares of PNLK. This is MHO only. I purchased, sold for a profit, acquired more at about $3 and have held onto all since then and bought more on this slow decline.

I hate to lose money. The result of this volume is that with any news we should see a rise in the price. IMHO

PATIENT STILL
