About midway through July, we were receiving news reports that OPEC compliance would be lower then they had originally committed to. I would expect the same information to be available some time in August. If Oil prices continue to stay at or below the current level, I would hope that this would help the compliance level.

That's just the way I figure it. Who knows at this point.

John, I believe I read that there was a fluke of shipping dates which made July production seem larger. I can't remember where I saw this.
