I followed PTS last year when it was a "hot" stock, however, since the slowdown in the drilling industry the stock has suffered. But I think you're right... it's so beaten down now that at some point in time, it's gotta be a value situation. The thing that may be bothersome for PTS is that they started up a fabrication in the U.S right smack in the middle of oil drilling recession. Have not followed up to find out any negative impact on eps with the new plant.
