So they really have the deeds to these properties and they are worth $200M on the open market? If so, then this SEC thing is just going to go away. But I understood that someone said that if they weren't worth $200M that Tow was going to pony up more properties, until the kitty reaches $200M. Are there that many tax lien auctions going on in WV, or would these properties be bought elsewhere? This agreement that MTEI signed when they took over the ICVI shell, must make some pretty interesting reading.
