Marcos... Got one better for you. This concerns yours truly....www3.techstocks.com Yesterday, December 16, 1997, NAMX, Zurich Holding Company, Patroclos Finanz AG and Joyce Miller (a shareholder) filed a civil suit in the 3rd District Court in Utah, #97-090990, against among others Internet hypster Hunter Vann of Glasgow, KY. The suit contains six Causes of Actions. The 4th Cause of Action (Racketeering Violations under Utah Code Annotated Section 76-10-1603 prays the following (excerpt) "defendants conducted, controlled, and participated in the enterprise's affairs by engaging in a series of illegal acts, defined as "unlawful activity" under the provisions of UCA Section 78-10-1602(4), including, among other things, theft by deception, manipulation of stock prices by manipulative and deceptive devices, and the use of interstate communication to deceive and defraud the Plaintiffs and otherwise deprive them of their property and profits." Brief history.... I ignorantly bought into a penny stock called Tridon Enterprises about 3 years ago. The CEO was a guy named Paul Ebeling. I spoke with Paul quite frequently on the telephone about his particular business. To say the least, Mr. Ebeling was not known for his honesty. Nothing he told me and the others on the TEIM thread materialized. In other words, he flat out lied about everything that was going on and subsequently the stock took a nose dive after they failed to produce their 10Q. After Ebeling had been exposed by me and numerous others, I was shocked to see him appointed CEO of another company, North American Exploration(NAMX). I alerted the NAMX thread about this individual and his past business dealings. Of course, most of them accused me of being some sort of short-selling conspirator. I upset Ebeling so much that he filed a lawsuit against me and a few others. I was delivered the lawsuit by one of the deputies in the Sheriff's office at my place of business. Needless to say, I'm sure they thought this would scare me bad enough, and I would quit posting my negative comments on the thread. They badly miscalculated. To make a long story short(:o)), NAMX gave Ebeling the axe. biz.yahoo.com Here was Ebeling's response...biz.yahoo.com NAMX's response....biz.yahoo.com As you can see, I certainly have enough material to write a book....
